I know a few things that can cause this one. The most unhappy scenario
is that you have filled up your NetView filesystem and now have a
corrupted NetView database. I have also seen it on Solaris if you don't
have the LC_CTYPE environment variable set to en_US.
Try searching the nv-l archives with a search for "mapdb" - http://lists.skills-1st.co.uk/mharc/html/nv-l/ Cheers, Jane Adya, Vinit wrote: I cannot bring up NetView 7.1.4. The error I get is "Error retriveing mapdb field info: Null Value". It was workking fine till this morning. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
