No, but you might create smartsets based on IP Status. If you had one with a rule which said ,for example, "IP Status = Critical", and "isNode = TRUE" or isRouter = TRUE" then you would get things added to that smartset dynamically when they became critical and removed from it when their status changed again,. Lot's of folks use smartsets similar to this.
