Hello,

I'm trying to add some custom trapd definitions to the trapd.conf file using 
the nvaddtotrapd -R <file> command. I have successfully executed this command 
before, multiple times, on this same server, but now when I try to run it it 
says:

Merged trapd_custom into /usr/OV/conf/C/trapd.conf
NOTE:  Unable to update trapd at this time.

Any ideas?
