I am running ITM 5.1.2 and TEC 3.9 and Framework 4.1.1 - all current fix packs. 
DB2
 
I cannot say I've seen any problems whatsoever but it is just a lab machine. 
It's been flawless in fact.

Hi, everybody
           We have installed ITM 5.1.2, TMF 4.1.1,
ITMWHC 5.1 & TEC 3.9. but I have problem because the
server hangs up very often anyone have any experience
with SUSE 9, ( i have no PTF installed for Suse) but i
have the last PTF installed for Tivoli Products.
          Another question I was working fine with
ITMWHC ( using WAS 4.0 ) but after I isntalled TEC Web
Console (use WAS 5.0) nothing work anymore I cant run
the TEC Webconsole and the ITMWHC dont work anymore, I
installed first workinh witj 2 WAS, ( doesnt work) I
try to work only with WAS 5 it doenst work too !!! vI
thin could be a interaction with Suse problem anyone
colud help us!!!!
