[nv-l] Collect in Netview 7.1.4

I have just migrate from Netview 7.1.1 to 7.1.4 FixPack3.
The O-S is AIX 5.2 ML-6.
Now collect  takes a log time from init to bebin to collect data.
I has configured collect to 40 snmpsessions, and the output of snmpCollect
-S indicates:
START DISPLAY DATA COLLECTOR CONFIGURATION

        configured via /usr/OV/conf/snmpCol.conf

Has anybody the same problem.
