List,

NV7.1.4 on AIX 4330-11

I thought I'd ask the list before I open a call... We are having intermittant problems accessing our web console.  Restarting the webserver daemon normally sorts it and the only log messages I can find are in the netviewservlets.log (see below)

2005-10-13 09:51:29,199 [SocketListener-2] ERROR com.tivoli.netview.util.UserPasswordHandler  -  no username <<username>> matches.

(<<username>> removed to protect the innocent :-))

Has anybody come accross this before and (hopefully) fixed it?

As usual, thanks in advance for any comments / suggestions.

Regards

Colin M.
