Thread-topic: Netview won't install after managed node

Now this box just had "managed node" installed on it, something that another group does.  What might be causeing this error:

bob:/opt/Tivoli/media/tmp # ./instalnv -k SERVER
Installing IBM Tivoli NetView SERVER 7.1.4 on bob.
bob.ford.com: Connection refused
bob.ford.com: Connection refused
The following problems were encountered:
 Host bob.ford.com:
Trusted host access from TMR server denied: check host name, /.rhosts, etc.
Trusted host access from TMR server denied: check host name, /.rhosts, etc.
The type of this machine could not be classified as a supported architecture.

Unless you cancel, the following operations will be executed:
Continue(y/n)? y
Executing queued operation(s)
Accessing nil value in ../src/Array.c!
Install finished.

Now I've installed this Netview tar ball on 2 other identical Linux machines without the managed node software on them just fine so it's not the tar ball.  Ideas?

Thanks
