The listed levels are the tested levels.
 Usually however, if you have 7.1.4.FP04 already running well on a
certain platform, then it's a good bet that FP05 would run there too.  But
FP05 does install some java updates, so it's not completely certain.  And
you will have trouble on AIX running State Correlation  as a result.
 You either have to  say UseStateCorrelation=NO or use the temporary
fix given in IY93335.  Edit /usr/OV/bin/NVenvironment:

change
export LIBPATH=/usr/lpp/X11/lib/R6:/usr/lpp/X11/lib/R6/Motif2.1:$LIBPATH:/usr/OV/lib

to

export LIBPATH=/usr/OV/jre/bin/classic:/usr/lpp/X11/lib/R6:/usr/lpp/X11/lib/R6/Motif2.1:$LIBPATH:/usr/OV/lib
LDR_CNTRL=USERREGS
export LDR_CNTRL

We need to apply NetView 7.1.4 FP5 to the following AIX
oslevels which are not explicitly listed in the supported versions of AIX
for Fix Pack 5. Can anyone comment on whether we can apply FP5 to these
oslevels ?

AIX 5200-07 
AIX 5200-06 
AIX 5200-08 
AIX 5100-09 



According to the documentation the Supported versions of AIX are: 
Version 5.1 (Maintenance Level 01, 05, 07) 32 and 64 bit 
Version 5.2 (Maintenance Level 03, 04) 32 and 64 bit 
Version 5.3 (Power 4, Power 5) 32 and 64 bit
