Thread-topic: ntl_reader

Hello,

AIX 5.2 ML 9 Netview 7.1.5

I noticed when I run an ovstop and ovstp nvsecd that the ntl_reader is still running. Has it always been that way? I just never noticed it. I figured if I did an ovstop, it should kill all the daemons but that's not the case.
