[NV-L] WEB interface NODES DOWN no fields filled in !!HELP!!

NV 7.1.5 clean install
SOL 9

   This problem was initially seen on 7.1.3 SOL 8 with the Web 
interface standalone app on windows, or run via the browser on windows 
or solaris.  I had even opened pmr # 94107 on this issue, but nothing 
they gave me ever fixed this specific problem.  I gave up after about a 
year and waited for 7.1.4 and now 7.1.5, and since netview is at its end 
I see no hope.
PROBLEM:

   I create a SMARTSET called NODES-DOWN, which is just as it states ( 
node with status critical ).
   At the web interface I have the submap-explorer VIEW set to "System 
Configuration View" with just the      NODES-DOWN smartset selected.
   When a node goes down, it shows up with only the LABEL field info 
and no other field filled in.
   In order to fill in the missing fields I must hit the REFRESH 
button.  Makes no sense since netview knows all the field data needed.
   NOTE:  If the node is DOWN before I start the WEB interface, and 
then select the NODES-DOWN, then all fields are filled in correctly.
This only occurs with nodes that have STATUS CRITICAL.



I can't be the only one!
