You have to open a problem to NetView Level 2 and request the test fix.

Folks.. I need your help.. I'm working with Netview 7.1.5 FP02 and ITSA
1.3 ...
I'm having the problem described in APAR IZ04715: NO VALID LICENSE FOUND
FOR ILOG JVIEWS DIAGRAMMER 6.0 'SWITCH ANALYZER & MAGNUM PORTAL': THE
LICENSE HAS EXPIRED... I understand that this issue was already solved but
I ignore the process that I should follow to get this fix.
