The other setting in xnmtrap that will prevent them from fowarding to the nvserverd adapter is 'Log Only'.

RE: [NV-L] some trapd not forwarding to tec

Forget it. It's like sending in a question automatically makes the answer obvious. I've got all my traps set to  "DO NOT FORWARD TRAP" in my xnmtrap screen. I guess that's the problem.

Thanks anyway.

Jane

[NV-L] some trapd not forwarding to tec

Hi

I've got some traps that won't forward to my tec server. The traps are marked as Status Events and are in my forwarding ruleset. Other traps are forwarding as expected but these new ones aren't. I can see them in trapd.log but they're not going anywhere. Can anyone suggest where I should look for the problem? I've run nvtecia -reload and tried restarting netview but I'm still struggling.

Thanks

Jane
