Has anyone seen these messages in syslog on the NetView server?

AIX5.3 TL06 SP03

NV7.1.5 SP3

 

Oct  9 08:21:31 dcncsrvrmsq30 user:notice root: 1 new errors have been found on dcncsrvrmsq30 , PROGRAM NAME ovw_binary - Error log has been automatically archived and cleared due to the number of errors
Oct  9 08:21:51 dcncsrvrmsq30 user:notice last message repeated 209 times

 

This is being continuously logged. 

I don't see anything in /usr/OV/log/netview_xxxx.log and there are no cores in PD.

Nothing significant is being written to nettl.LOG00
