Implementation Guidelines for Netview

Wondering if anyone has pointers to information about implementing
Netview. Specifically, I am looking for information about implementing
Netview for NT on a distributed network including 5 sites, seperated
by a WAN, each site including several hundreds of network devices.

Specifically, I need

1. recommendations for using Mid Level Managers or Regional managers

2. Some kind of formula for the number of devices/interfaces managable
by a single Netview NT node

3. Some kind of formula for Network Traffic required to manage a device,
ie polling frequency X number of interfaces X mystery constant = max
bandwidth used, average bandwidth used.


Any pointers greatly appreciated.
