I saw a previous note re this on the list but did not see the resolution
- we just upgraded to ForeView 4.3 and are now getting "cannot load
background" errors when bringing up the NetView map. There are not any
bitmaps of 0 length in the ForeView distribution. Was anyone able to
solve this problem? Thanks.
