Since you have the release notes and only someone with the Digital product
will have them, perhaps you could describe these problems and then someone
else might be able to respond.

Subject: Documented Problems in PNV 4.1B
Does anybody know what happened to the problems documented in the
release notes of PNV for Digital Unix 4.1B, especially concerning the
- frozen event displays and
- color problems?
Are they still in the current TME 10 Netview version or have they
been fixed?
