According to the diagnostics, you have a permissions problem on one of the bitmap symbols. Go to /usr/OV/bitmaps/C and check the permissions. You may also have a corrupt symbol and will need to fix the bitmap. If neither of these is the problem then stop netview, type ovstart ovwdb, type ovw -fields, type ovw -config and restart netview.
