I'm really sorry Tivoli isn't working out for you. I know very little
about SAP except you need a big investment all round - time, skills,
money. I suspect it's very like Tivoli - do it properly and it will
solve most of your problems; under-invest and it becomes shelf-ware at
best and material for the front page of the computing comics if you get
it really wrong!
The person in the UK who specialised in SAP in Tivoli was Jennifer
Bursack - have you met her in your trips over here? The other
possibility would be Karmjeet Kahlon but I am not sure whether he is
still in the SAP area.
