Ask Digital. This is not a message produced by NetView code. And by the
way 4.1B is old as the hills. I think the current version is 4.1G.

Subject: Digital Unix Upgrade 3.2F to 3.2G
Hi all,
The configuration:
Digital Alpha Server 2100 with Digital Unix 3.2F OS
Polycenter NetView 4.1B Server
No clients
The problem:
We have upgraded the 3.2F to 3.2G and have installed the
Patch Kit 0004 for 3.2G. Now every program or daemon which has to do
with Polycenter produces the error (something like that): "license
check failed!
there is no valid license for Polycenter NetView Client"
There is a valid license for Polycenter NetView server on this
machine. But there is no client installation and therfore no client
license and before the OS upgrade everything worked fine.
Has anybody an idea what's going on ?
