In V5.1 you don't even need a UNIX id. In V5.1 security is handled by
NetView and if you haven't got security turned on, no password is required.
If you want security, you need to set up a NetView id with nvsec_admin.
There is even a sample "web" profile.

You can of course modify the access.conf. However, it is sufficient that
a user have any valid unix account on the NV server except root in order
to log on successfully via web browser (at least in NV5).
