Check for what the line-colors are set to in /usr/OV/app-defaults/OVw.
If you want to change the color-meaning then do the following:
(UNIX Directions):
Copy the file /usr/OV/app-defaults/OVw into your home-directory
(i.e. $HOME/OVw), and change the colors as you like.
I believe you'll have to exit NetView and re-start after you make
the changes.
Hope this helps.

Subject: Map connection color
What does it mean when you have a device that is managed, responding to
pings and demand polls i.e. is Green, but has a light gray/white connection
to its star or bus on the map. Normal connectivity is black.
Thanks in advance.
