The SEA package installs a utility called snmp_trapsend.  There is very little
documentation on using it, but it is like the AIX trapsend utility.  If you
have installed the SEA package, look in /usr/sbin.  Exec the command with a
-help option for usage.  It will send a text formatted trap with the STRING
option.
