Could someone please explain the efficiencies one gains by using the
snmpCollect daemon as opposed to the "snmpget" command?  That is, is the
snmpCollect more efficient and use less system resources than writing
scripts using the "snmpget" binary?  If so, how/why is this so?  Thanks,
