There is a fix for this and you need to contact Tivoli's NetView Level 2 to
get it.
I see that your organization has a call in already and someone should be
getting in touch with you shortly.

OK who has the answer I know its out there somewhere.

At this point we have no security control.

We have just installed Framework 3.6 and NetView 5.1. on SUN Sol 2.5.1

Install went ok but when we went to set up Admin using nvsec_admin we
had garbage character in bottom view screen and no default users in top
window.
We tried to add user "admin" and it gave error that uer was already
there.
We then entered a test user which it accepted. We then closed the admin
window and received error message window indicating a "parser error or
file not found". When we went back into the nvsec_admin we saw garbage
characters as users. We also reinstall entire NV app. with same
results.

        Thanks in advance;
