Ken,

  NMS 8.1.1 is scheduled to ship in mid-December.

  As for your second question, I cannot unfortunately comment on such
things in an open public forum such as this.  Suffice it to say that we are
absolutely continuing our relationships with Tivoli and are looking to
strengthen them - as with many other vendors - looking into the future.
Yes, I know its a stock answer, but it's the best I can give you right now.
