Hello,
to my knowledge there is no ruleset editor with Tivoli Netview V5.0 for NT. Nor
in the V5.1 for NT release.
But what you can do with the V5.1 release for NT is to develop your ruleset on
the AIX release of the product, then import them in the NT release.

1. Does NetView 5.0a/NT come with a Ruleset Editor? I can't seem to find it, or
it's equivalent.
2. Is there any easy way to make an ovaction depend on the Node the event came
from? We only want pop-up alerts for servers, not all nodes down
(workstations, printers, etc).
