I am trying to install nvwebkit running on Netview 5.1

The install requires "IIS 3.0 with active server pages".  Since I
already have IIS 3.0 - is ASP an add on to 3.0 or an integral part of
Microsoft httpd?  Where can I find the add-on if thats something that
needs to be installed saparately?
