If the only thing you are doing with the Framework is installing it on your
NetView box, for the purpose of controlling NetView, then the temp key is
all you need. But if you want to integrate it with other Tivoli apps
(like TEC) then you need to go to marketing and get a real key.

Hello all,
We are installing Tivoli NV6000 ver 5.1 on an AIX 4.3.2 system. When
we received the Framework 3.6 software we were given a temporary key number
for framework. We want to make certain that when time expires on this
"temporary" key that we dont run into problems with the NetView component
in the framework. Can anyone relate to this, is there something that we
should be doing to insure that we dont encounter problems down the road ?
Thankyou
