You cannot load a MIB in NetView and obtain a trap definition directly.
You can take an SNMP V1 mib, and run it though mib2trap to produce an
addtrap script, and then run that script to add traps to NetView.  If your
MIB is not V1 but V2 SNMP, you are out of luck at this time.

Subject:  Loading trap Definitions





We are trying to load ArcServe mibs and cnf definitions into NetView,
however, their (Cheynne) setup appears to be more for OpenView.  Does
anyone out there know the equivalent for  "xnmevents -load" command in
NetView.
