I'm in the process of migrating as well from V4 to V5 on a Digital Unix
platform.  Suggest you read the 5.0 release notes. I ran the migrate script
on the CDRom and after some tweaking for Digital platform I was able to
create a backup directory to move to the new server.  The person who did
our original config has since departed so I suspect all his custom scripts
will have to be recreated or moved manually... haven't gotten quite that
far yet.  We do not have Cisco Works installed on V4, but will be putting
it on the new server. Hope this helps some.
