Hi, group!
For better readability i've done quite a lot of symbol customization on my ip
map, especially on networks and segments ("Edit-Modify/Describe-Symbol").
Example:
IP Network Symbol with Label "172.21.6" becomes "MyServers:172.21.6".
Underlying Token Ring Segment Symbol with Label "Segment1" becomes
"MyServers".
"Edit-Modify/Describe-Symbol-Description of Child Submap" is set accordingly.
"Edit-Modify/Describe-Object-Set Selection Name" is set accordingly as well.
And of course "File-Describe Map-Configure For This Map- Should IP Map
override user symbol customization?" is set to FALSE!
Works fine on ip map, but - whatever i've tried till now, all this
customization is lost in collections!
(Poor readability for a collection with about 60 Segments all labeled
"Segment1"...)
This has been annoying me for quite a while...
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
