The LIBPATH suggestions on www.networking.ibm.com do work, although they
require editing multiple files. The su to roor probably failed because
the user didn't do "su - root". This places them in the root
environment. Just issuing "su" or "su root" does not fully load root's
environment. One thing that does cause problems is putting the .
/etc/Tivoli/setup_env.sh in /etc/.kshrc. This Korn shell specific
script runs over and over and it's impossible to avoid running it and
loading up the Tivoli environment. Put it in $HOME/.profile or
/etc/profile instead.
