Netmon hanging and Demand Poll Hanging

Help!!

I have been having the same problem. I force a trap
manually through while running nvcdebug -d all and the
trap is run through my rulesets in seconds. However,
one trap will come in and it takes 20 minutes to get
to the event window. When many traps are coming in the
problem multiplies. I have seen a 10-12 hour delay.

By the time the pages are being generated the resource
has been down for hours.

Also, Demand poll is hanging.

I am running AIX 4.3.1, Tivoli 3.6 and Netview 5.1.
I have not yet been priveledged enough to receive the
patch.
