I have been trying to see if I can upgrade my box to windows NT SP4.
I am looking to get my Server Y2K compliant, and it seems the easiest
way is upgrading to SP4.  I was aware there were some issues with SP4
initially.  I have a few questions:

1.  What are those issues and is there any major impact on the system?

2.  If there are issues, where are the fixes?
