My immediate reaction: DON'T do it.  I ignored the warnings in the
netview/nt documentation, installed sp4, shuddered at the results, and
eventually resorted to a complete re-install of nt 4 w/ sp3 and netview to
restore the machine to its original working order.  I never did pinpoint the
exact culprit in sp4, but suspected that some newer odbc drivers contained
in patch had given netview fits - perhaps someone else had an entirely
different experience?
