Al,
You will have to turn off IP forwarding using some esoteric AIX command I
can't remember offhand, but SMIT should be able to do it. Don't forget to
also shut down ROUTD or GATED, or at he very least run them in quiet or
non-advertising mode.

Hi all,

One of my RS6000 (AIX 4.1.5) will be having two network adapters, hence
there a chance that it will work as a 'routing device'. I'd like to know
whether there's a way to deéctivate this routing functionality of the
RS6000.
