I think that you might want to check your sources at Cisco

Hardware requirements
for WAN Manager Release 8.4, 9.0, 9.1
Strataview+ is now called Wan Manager

Hardware
IBM PowerPC Model 42T, E30, or equivalent/256MB RAM/2-2-GB hard drives/CD ROM drive/AIX system software v4.1.4/4.1.5/4.2S

Operating System
IBM AIX 4.1.5, 4.2

Memory
256 MB min.

Hard Disk
4.0 GB min.

Monitor
19in. color monitor, 256-color display adapter

Network Management Platform
IBM NetView for AIX 5.0

see http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/cc/cisco/mkt/servprod/sms/neman/prodlit/cwan_ov.htm

Q. What platforms does Cisco WAN Manager support?
A. Cisco WAN Manager supports HP OpenView on Sun Solaris and IBM NetView on IBM AIX.
