Error attempting to install 5.1.1 Framework patch

I ran into problems attempting to install the Framework patch for NetView
5.1.1 (CD dated March 19, 1999) and was wondering if the "after.error" log
makes any sense to anyone or if anyone else has encountered this. TIA:
