Hi All: I am having a problem with the web server after the system is re-booted. The root map is open by a operator with read/write. ps -ef |grep web; shows 3 process active 1. /usr/ OV/web/httpd/NetviewWebServer 2. /usr/OV/web/httpd/cgi-bin/TME10_Netview_binaries/webquery 3. /usr/ OV/web/httpd/NetviewWebServer Users timeout trying to get to the server. nvwebstop displays no such process nvwebstart displays port 8181 in use I have changed the httpd.conf port from 80 to 8181. After I kill the above mentioned preocess then, I can issue nvwebstart and all works very well. Do I need to start the web at boot up time using root?. Thanks in advance Gil Irizarry |
