Sontaya, Are you sure your new DNS server act properly. What about pinging your own hostname ? Does it return the right address ? Tivoli framework is very sensitive to IP address resolution. You have to change your own IP address and hostname prior to any framework restart otherwise Tivoli will lose its mind. This operation is listed in Tivoli Installation manual, I guess.
