Forwarding traps

Hello all.

I need to forward traps from my Netview system another SNMP manager.  I am
running NV5.1.1 on AIX 4.3.1.  I am not running TEC.  Here's what I need:
once a trap is received from a node, a ruleset will process the trap, and
then, if appropriate, I need to forward the trap to the other machine.  I am
not sure how to do this.  Can someone point me in the right direction?
