Mahesh,
there seem to be two options: you can forward raw events right after trapd has 
received them (see -f, -m, -M flags for trapd how
to use it) or you can use the Action node in your ruleset to run snmptrap to 
send the events to any SNMP manager you desire. I
have not done this but I assume it should work.
