I have Optivity 8.1.1 running on top of NetView 5.1.1 and having problem in the discovery of Bay 5000BH switches. NetView have all the Bay switches displayed on the map, the default router for the NetView box is a Bay router. The ARP cache of the Bay router has the MAC address of all the switches. The Optivity Topology Manager was then started to run for more than an hour. And then run the Optivity Validate DB. However, when the ECC is lunched, no swtiches show up on the ECC. What went wrong?
