If you want to stop all clients on the same host as NetView  without using
nvsec_admin, issue the following command:

/usr/OV/bin/nv6000_smit stopall forceall

If your clients are on another machine, issue the same command but revised as
follows:

/usr/bin/rexec <hostname_running_clients> /usr/OV/bin/nv6000_smit stopall
forceall
