Jean-Noel,

According to the documentation, CW2K does not support a direct import from
NetView.
It does support an import from a text file.  I wrote a script that queries
our NetView database for
the pertinents about Cisco devices, and outputs the data to CSV file the way
CW2K wants to see it.
Password information can also be added for import.

Not as out-of-the-box as the pull-down menu for OpenView import, but it
gives you the flexibility to set up
a cron job to keep them in sync.
