Maggie, if you have installed the current levels of all of the code
and it is still not working, it may be time to call Tivoli Support. What
you are trying to do should work, and they can help you figure out
why it is not. (Unless anyone else out there has any ideas...?)
You may need to allow a little time for the central Netview to update
the NT mlm with its instructions. That can sometimes be speeded
up by doing a demandpoll on the MLM node.
Cordially,

IBM Global Services - Systems Mgmt & Networking
Original my colleague have set a NT MLM within the same subnet.
It 's OK ( can monitor status and discover ).
Due to the hardware limitation, I set up a new one MLM with a new subnet. I
have disable the SNMP service of the Old one.
The Central AIX Netview has defined the Domain Group for the old one and for
the new one. I have included all the workstation in that subnet into the new
domain.
But the subnet is still monitoring by the Central AIX Netview.
The fail of monitoring is due to the setting of the NT MLM or the setting of
AIX Central Netview.
And in the MLM, it will automatically generated some entries in the alias
table and the statusmonitortable.
I have erased all of them. But it appear again.
Is there anyone have give me a tips ?
