It means that there is a more basic MIB which defines a construct called "
ciscoMgmt"  which your other MIBs are using.
I'm sorry I cannot tell you what MIB they define that in, but you have to load
that one first, because otherwise we don't know how to interpret the later ones
which use this construct.    You may have to download all their MIBs and look
for it, or you may have to ask them (Cisco) which one has it.

Anyone know what this error means when I try to load certain Cisco MIBs?

Error detected while loading MIB file \usr\ov\...MIB...
This MIB cannot be loaded until the following problem is corrected.

Line xx    Error defining object '..MIB..' : Parent 'ciscoMgmt' not defined.

The Line xx number will change values according to the Cisco MIB I try to
load.
