Deleting the $LNMSHOME directory should work O.K. but remember to delete the
/usr/lnms link if LAN was installed in a different directory. Also, don't
forget to remove other Optivity appplications you may be running (like
NetArchitect, Analysis and Planning) first.

I have attached a short script to help you get the Optivity NMS 8.1
installation script to work, but please remember that Optivity NMS 8.1 on
AIX 4.3.2 IS NOT supported by Nortel Networks.  The next release of Optivity
NMS (9.0.1) will be supported on AIX 4.3.2
