No. There is no mechanism for MLMs to discover nodes outside their own subnet. But you can add nodes outside that subnet for the MLM to monitor after they have been discovered by altering the collection rule governing that MLM. Discovery and status monitoring can be distributed from the UNIX NetView netmon to multiple MLMs. The "-z" parameter tells netmon to configure the MLMs to perform discovery and status monitoring of the nodes in the MLM's subnet.
