regarding loadmib.exe and loadmibv2 application

Hi All
I am working on Netview 5.1.1 on winNT. I noticed two pplications used for
loading mibs. It seems that loadmib is used for only SNMP v1 version and
loadmibv2 use for V2. If i have both version of mibs, should i load
separately and how mib browser distinguish before using version.
Which verison of SNMP tivoli support by default.
